We will begin with a review of simplifying fractions and finding equivalent fractions Monday and Tuesday. Then we will then get started in our next book, Bits and Pieces II and focus on multiplication of fractions so we are prepared to focus on our standard, dividing fractions by fractions using area models. I will start to include video's on my blog page that will help as a reminder when students are working on their homework. This week I will give two days of homework, then students will be focusing on the following IXL strands:
